Job Description

This is a senior-level position as an MES Customer Support Specialist in the IT department. We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team and provide exceptional customer support.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to computer software, hardware, and network systems.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Work independently and collaboratively as part of the support team.
  • Undertake technical tasks that arise during the resolution of tickets.
  • Review incidents, problems, and change requests on our Support Portal.
  • Train in-house on leading-edge technology with multinational companies.
  • International travel may be required to support clients worldwide.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of SQL databases and database management systems.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to comprehend technical information related to computer software, hardware, and network systems.
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Manufacturing processes/automation experience is a plus but not required.
