**Job Title:** Financial Operations Leader

Our company is seeking a seasoned Finance Manager to lead our financial operations in Pasig City.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in finance and accounting, with a proven track record of managing teams and driving business growth. They should be able to analyze complex financial data, identify trends, and develop strategies to improve financial performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Controllership and Accounting Operations: Oversee the preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, and other key financial reports.

  • Financial Planning and Strategy: Develop and implement financial plans that align with the company's overall business strategy.

  • Financial Analysis and Reporting: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and prepare regular financial reports for senior management.

  • Audit and Internal Control Processes: Ensure the integrity of financial processes and systems, and implement controls to prevent errors and fraud.

  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and maintain effective governance processes.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Advanced Degree in Finance or Accounting: A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required.

  • Extensive Experience in Finance and Accounting: At least 7 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a multinational organization.

  • Managerial Experience: Proven experience in a managerial capacity, with the ability to lead teams and drive business growth.

  • Amenability to On-Site Work: Ability to work onsite daily in Pasig City.
