Sales Growth Manager

Circa Logica Group is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Associate to join our team.
This role is responsible for managing sales pipelines, onboarding partners, and maintaining relationships with travel advisors.
Main Responsibilities- Sales Pipeline Management: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and pipeline expansion.
- Partner Onboarding: Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new partners, providing them with the necessary tools and support to succeed.
- Travel Advisor Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with travel advisors, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute sales strategies that meet business objectives.
- Conference Attendance: Represent the agency at travel conferences and events, building relationships and promoting our services.
- Proposal Writing: Create compelling proposals that highlight the benefits of partnering with Circa Logica Group.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the business development team as needed.
