Job Description

Circa Logica Group is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Associate to join our team.

This role is responsible for managing sales pipelines, onboarding partners, and maintaining relationships with travel advisors.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Sales Pipeline Management: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and pipeline expansion.
  2. Partner Onboarding: Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new partners, providing them with the necessary tools and support to succeed.
  3. Travel Advisor Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with travel advisors, understanding their needs and preferences.
  4. Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute sales strategies that meet business objectives.
  5. Conference Attendance: Represent the agency at travel conferences and events, building relationships and promoting our services.
  6. Proposal Writing: Create compelling proposals that highlight the benefits of partnering with Circa Logica Group.
  7. Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the business development team as needed.
