Job Overview
The Senior Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key account clients to ensure satisfaction and drive business growth. This role requires in-depth knowledge of all company products and services, industry expertise, and sales skills.
Responsibilities:
- Execute sales plans aligned with marketing strategies to achieve company targets.
- Provide product demonstrations to target clients and lead in resolving complaints for a complete sales experience.
- Co-initiate business development activities and programs, working closely with brand leads and technical teams to align sales strategies with brand objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Entrepreneurial Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a similar role, preferably within the FMCG, Coffee, Food & Beverage, Hospitality, or Marketing industries.
