Senior Service Delivery Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Service Delivery Expert to join our SaaS Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality support and maintenance services to our clients, ensuring the optimal use of SimCorp Dimension.

The role involves analyzing complex problems, identifying solutions, and collaborating with global teams to deliver timely and effective results. A strong understanding of investment management solutions, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining relationships.
  • Analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements, enhancing overall efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and innovation.

Requirements:

  • A degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or computer science, with a strong understanding of financial concepts and principles.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in asset management, funds management, or custodian services, with expertise in front-to-back investment management solutions.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to prioritize multiple tasks, manage competing demands, and meet deadlines in a dynamic and ever-changing landscape.
