Job Description

Apollo's mission is to empower revenue professionals with accurate contact data and streamlined outreach tools. As a Product Advocate, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through product expertise and strong communication skills.

The successful candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues. You will be proficient in technical troubleshooting and bug triage support, with experience operating systems such as Windows and Mac OS.

Additional responsibilities include staying up-to-date on product changes, new features, and integrations, while expanding your knowledge base. You will also validate workflows with peers, identify patterns in customer feedback, and inform internal discussions.

Key performance metrics will include consistently adhering to SLAs, meeting resolution time and CSAT targets, and embodying Apollo's core values in daily work.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years' proven experience in entry-level tech support roles, including IT Support Specialist, Service Desk Technician, or Technical Support Representative.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of integration and filtering systems, with proficiency in software troubleshooting for various applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an empathetic approach and ability to tailor technical explanations for non-technical audiences.
  • Background in SaaS or technology-focused roles, with basic programming knowledge (e.g., SQL) to debug and analyze.
  • Relevant certifications, such as Certified SaaS Operations Professional (CSOP), ITIL Certification, Postman API Fundamentals, or SQL for Data Science (Coursera).
