
Remote Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to a diverse portfolio of clients by handling inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
You will be resolving customer issues on the first call through effective problem-solving and researching information across systems to support customer needs. Accurate documentation of interactions and claim processing is also essential.
To be successful in this role, you must have strong communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to multitask and self-manage effectively.
The ideal candidate will possess prior call center experience, a strong command of the English language, and a typing speed of 20+ WPM.
A natural problem solver who thrives on creating memorable customer experiences is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
- Resolve customer issues on the first call through effective problem-solving.
