Highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals are needed to join our team of financial customer service representatives. As an Intake Specialist, you will play a vital role in resolving clients' financial concerns by providing exceptional customer service and support.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience working as a customer service representative in a business process outsourcing environment. They will also possess strong computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and internet proficiency. Additionally, they should be able to work on shifting schedules and have excellent typing skills (40 WPM).

As an Intake Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include answering incoming calls to gather information about potential claims, entering relevant details into our case management system, and assigning leads created to account executives. You will also be required to provide excellent customer experience and perform other duties assigned by management.

  • Experience working as a customer service representative in a business process outsourcing environment
  • Strong computer skills and internet proficiency
  • Ability to work on shifting schedules
  • Excellent typing skills (40 WPM)
  • Strong time management, adaptability, and accountability
  • Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize workload and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Home Office Requirements:
  • A stable internet connection with at least 50 Mbps speed
  • A computer with at least 16GB RAM and Intel i5 core processor equivalent
  • Noise-cancelling headset
