
Executive Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to provide top-tier support to our client's team.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars, including scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, restaurant reservations, and other logistical needs.
- Plan and coordinate events, team processes, and special projects.
- Process expenses in a timely manner and maintain accurate records.
- Draft and manage correspondence, including emails and letters.
- Provide regular updates on ongoing projects.
- Develop a strong understanding of our client's operations and reflect its professionalism and charisma in written communications.
- Plan and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, managing logistics, and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost professionalism and discretion.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM tools, Excel, and project management software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to anticipate needs, exercise sound judgment, and take initiative.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with accuracy and efficiency.
