We are seeking a highly organized and dedicated individual to join our team as a Technical Support Representative. This role is responsible for resolving IT concerns, delivering technical assistance, and orienting customers through the initial phases of platform engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve IT issues such as login complications, password resets, and malfunctioning remote access trackers.
  • Deliver technical support via telephone, email, and chat channels.
  • Aid in generating, revising, and dispatching invoices.
  • Orient customers through the onboarding process by devising instructional workflows and FAQs.
  • Record customer engagements within the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and currency of records.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated proficiency in IT support with at least 1 year of experience.
  • Exceptional English communication skills, encompassing written and verbal aptitude.
  • Outstanding phone, email, and instant messaging capabilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with contemporary tools such as desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM, and VoIP.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and online calendar platforms like Google Calendar.
  • Possesses a proactive and confident demeanor with attention to detail.
