Job Overview

Talent Acquisition is a critical function that plays a pivotal role in securing top talent for the organization. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract and engage high-quality candidates. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain job descriptions aligned with business needs.
  • Sources and engages potential candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and professional networks.
  • Manages full-cycle recruitment for IT and non-IT roles, ensuring timely delivery of quality candidate pipelines.
  • Crafts effective recruiting emails to attract passive candidates and utilizes applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage applications efficiently.
  • Conducts phone and virtual interviews, delivering strong candidate recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Advertises job openings on company career pages, job boards, and social platforms, maximizing visibility and reach.
  • Collaborates with hiring managers to understand role requirements and delivers tailored talent solutions.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in IT and non-IT fields.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, recruitment best practices, and HR tools.
  • Familiarity with performance management systems, HR reporting, and ATS technology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a remote work environment.
  • Immediate availability preferred.
