Job Title: Healthcare Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales professional to generate new business opportunities, engage healthcare decision-makers, and support our rapidly growing pipeline. This role is critical in driving growth through outbound prospecting, relationship building, and market intelligence.

About the Role
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and research prospective clients through cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
    • Qualification: Conduct needs assessments to determine lead suitability and align opportunities with business objectives.
    • Client Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers including oncologists, surgeons, clinic administrators, ASC leaders, and hospital executives.
    • Sales Support: Develop a deep understanding of Ankr's products and effectively communicate value propositions. Maintain accurate lead data and client interactions in the CRM (Salesforce).
Requirements
  • Candidate Requirements:
    • Education & Experience: MBA OR a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of sales experience.
    • Candidates must have prior experience with cold calling customers (clinics/doctors preferred).
    • Health IT Experience: Prior experience in Health IT sales is mandatory.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Resilient, adaptable, self-motivated, and able to manage time effectively.
    • Team Player: Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
