About the Opportunity:

You will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, acquiring new business partners, and fostering customer relationships. Achieve revenue milestones and contribute to the overall success of the Sales department.

The ideal candidate has experience selling B2B Software products through remote product demonstrations, extensive follow-up, and identifying opportunities with prospects using an investigative sales approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate contact with potential clients and manage your own sales cycle to achieve revenue targets.
  • Perform product demos and maintain follow-up via emails, calls, and texts, partnering with internal stakeholders to craft custom solutions for new customers.

Sales Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the sales team for cohesive sales operations.
  • Provide guidance and support to the team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.

Sales Process Optimization:

  • Optimize the sales process for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain CRM data for active leads and opportunities, logging all sales activity according to company guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of account executive experience.
  • Possess an understanding of Workforce Management and HR Products.
  • Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients and hitting targets.
  • Strong sales skills with a focus on investigative selling.

This is a full-time, 100% remote position offering flexibility to work from anywhere.
