Global Trading Support Specialist

Shape the future of global trading support as a key player in our dynamic trading environment. With your skills in data management, execution oversight, and process support, you will contribute to international success in the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Track live trade data (entry/exit time, price, profit/loss, spread, strategy tag, session, time of day) using tools like Google Sheets or analytics software.
- Maintain summary statistics per strategy and per pair.
- Monitor strategies at Forex rollover daily to ensure EAs are active and trades copy correctly to prop accounts.
- Troubleshoot and escalate trade execution issues immediately.
Required Skills And Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience working with MetaTrader 5 (MT5)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Familiarity with AI automation tools or workflow systems
