Strategic Support Associate

This role presents an exciting opportunity to provide high-level support to senior executives, driving operational efficiency and executive recruitment success. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing complex calendars, prioritizing meetings, and handling confidential travel logistics.

Key responsibilities include drafting, editing, and preparing high-level correspondence, executive reports, and strategic presentations. You will also oversee document management, perform in-depth research for executive decisions, and coordinate with internal teams on ad-hoc projects and executive initiatives.

Excellent communication skills are essential for liaising with high-profile clients and candidates, ensuring polished and professional interactions. Additionally, you will plan and execute executive events, board meetings, and leadership workshops.

To succeed in this role, you should possess proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative position. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace is also necessary. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills are required, along with superior written and verbal communication abilities.
