Technical Support Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in incident management, technical support and system administration.

They will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and escalating serious concerns to higher-tier support groups.

Additionally, they will contribute to the continuous improvement of our team tools and processes by performing analyses on software application functionality and suggesting enhancements.

  • Exceptional communication skills with ability to operate effectively across multiple departments and stakeholders.
  • Flexible and adaptable to meet evolving needs of high-growth organizations.

Highly Desirable Experiences

  • Knowledgeable in crypto trading principles.
  • Proficient in Jupyter Notebook.
  • Skilled in MySQL Workbench.
  • Familiarity with Datadog.
  • Strong system administration expertise.
