Carrier Compliance Position

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented professional to manage carrier data, insurance certificates, and compliance records. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent typing speed, and accuracy.

  • Collect and verify insurance certificates from carriers.
  • Enter, update, and manage carrier data in our systems.
  • Review and validate carrier insurance coverage for compliance.
  • Identify and correct data discrepancies to maintain accuracy.
  • Communicate with insurance representatives via phone/email to confirm details.
  • Organize and maintain digital records and compliance files.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and support process improvements.

Requirements

  • High school diploma (additional certifications in data entry/administrative roles preferred).
  • Experience in data entry, compliance, or administrative roles.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
  • Excellent typing speed, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to manage tasks independently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of database management is an advantage.
