About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Training and Development Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training Program Design: Identify internal and external training needs and develop comprehensive training programs to meet those needs.
  • Training Delivery: Deliver high-quality training sessions to external clients across different markets.
  • Training Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and modify materials and processes as necessary.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with customers to establish further training needs and gather feedback on training programs.
Requirements
  • Education: Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent industry experience.
  • Experience: At least 3 years in a learning and development and/or training role.
  • Skill Set: Passionate and engaging communication skills, confident to conduct stand-up presentations, and ability to work onsite in Makati.
