Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a driven and passionate professional to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and grow with our organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, coordinating logistics, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Build strong relationships with managers, interviewers, recruiters, and HR professionals to drive performance and optimize talent acquisition strategies.
  • Oversee onboarding tasks and questions for new hires, including background checks and I-9 verification paperwork.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the candidate experience and optimize scheduling efficiency.
  • Conduct quality checks on offer documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
  • College graduate with a 4-year degree in a related field such as Psychology, Human Resources, or Business Administration.
  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment coordination or project coordination in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and scheduling tools.
  • Able to learn new tools quickly and follow processes for clean data creation.
  • Professional demeanor, strong sense of ownership, and accountability.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute in high-pressure environments.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
