Job Summary:

This is a highly strategic role that involves overseeing the entire workforce planning process. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing absenteeism and attrition, collaborating with various teams, and leveraging different tools to match idle talent with active opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Workforce Planning: Develop and implement effective workforce strategies to meet business needs.
  • Absenteeism and Attrition Management: Monitor and manage absenteeism and attrition on a daily basis, identifying trends and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Talent Matching: Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Operations, and Training teams to ensure new hires are matched to the right clients.
  • Offboarding Processes: Manage offboarding processes to ensure the timely removal of tools and system access for employees exiting the company.
  • Reporting: Track account churn and work with leadership and Talent Acquisition to secure timely replacements.
  • Database Maintenance: Maintain a centralised, up-to-date database of all active employees, including accurate organisational charts and reporting lines.
  • Workforce Health Updates: Provide daily workforce health updates and coordinate staffing needs with Talent Acquisition and Operations as required.
Requirements:
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in workforce management, preferably in a BPO or remote work environment.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and ability to forecast workforce needs.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in workforce tools (e.g., Lever) and data management systems.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Organisation: Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
