Technical Support Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional IT service to employees across the organization.

  • Provide technical support for PCs, Windows operating systems, and Apple mobile devices.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and fundamental network issues remotely.
  • Document and manage support requests through the IT Service Management platform.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Remote technical assistance for PC hardware, Windows 10/11, and Apple iOS devices
  2. Troubleshooting of basic network connectivity and general computing problems
  3. User account management within on-premises Active Directory
  4. Email configuration and troubleshooting with Microsoft Exchange Online
  5. Support for Office 365 applications, including Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Proven experience in PC hardware, Windows operating systems, and Apple iOS device support
  2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  3. Able to work independently in a remote environment
  4. Knowledge of ITIL principles and IT Service Management frameworks
