Continuous Improvement

  • Evaluate project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance project outcomes and drive innovation.

Pitches and Presentations

  • Participate in pitch presentations and brainstorming sessions, providing support and insights in project management.
  • Assist in preparing presentation materials and communicating ideas effectively to internal teams and clients.

Industry Knowledge

  • Be knowledgeable about market developments and opportunities around the advertising, digital, creative, technology, marketing, and consulting industries.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to creative operations and project management.
  • Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge in operational processes and tools.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, advertising, creative, or technology industries is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace tools is preferred.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
