Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels by accurately ordering supplies.
  • Communicate effectively with on-the-ground teams through phone and text to coordinate daily operations.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and track team hours and activities.
  • Hold team members accountable for their responsibilities and performance.
Key Activities:
  1. Verify stores have adequate inventory by placing orders as necessary.
  2. Coordinate with on-the-ground teams via phone and text to facilitate daily activities.
  3. Troubleshoot problems arising in operational processes.
  4. Ensure accurate tracking of team hours and activities.
  5. Monitor and manage team performance and accountability.
  6. Contribute to improving overall company operations and efficiency.
  7. Verify camera systems are functioning correctly.
  8. Order new inventory as required.
  9. Act as liaison between back office and field-based merchandising teams.
  10. Attend regular team meetings.
  11. Utilize Slack for communication within the operations team.
  12. Develop or update standard operating procedures using specialized software.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in mathematics is advantageous.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• At least 50 Mbps internet speed required.
• Designated home office space required.
