Talent Operations Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our fast-growing recruitment team. As a Talent Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional candidate experience while ensuring the smooth operation of our hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day recruiting operations across multiple roles and client accounts.
  • Respond to candidate inquiries and communicate with professionalism and empathy.
  • Coordinate and track email campaigns to ensure timely candidate outreach.
  • Monitor candidate scheduling, reschedules, and confirmations to keep the process on track.
  • Provide feedback on communication templates, scheduling processes, and campaign tools to help us improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or admin/ops — ideally post-college and in a business setting.
  • Excellent written English and comfort communicating with US-based candidates and teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail — keeping things moving and nothing falls through the cracks.
  • A proactive mindset — identifying inefficiencies and suggesting better ways to work.
  • Comfortable working during US business hours (EST).
