We are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Specialist to maintain accurate financial records and support our accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and categorize transactions using accounting software, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements on a regular basis to ensure account balances are up-to-date.
- Create and maintain comprehensive financial spreadsheets and reports to provide valuable insights.
- Invoice clients and manage accounts receivable/payable in a timely manner.
- Organize receipts and financial documents for easy access and compliance.
- Assist with payroll and expense tracking, providing critical support to the finance team.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as email management, calendar scheduling, and data entry to ensure seamless operations.
- Proven experience in bookkeeping with a focus on financial operations.
- Proficient in leading accounting software solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets, with expertise in data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail.
- Able to work independently, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.
