As a member of our IT team, you will oversee the onboarding process for new clients and services.

  • Documentation plays a crucial role in this process, encompassing network, hardware, credentials, applications, and SaaS platforms.
  • The team evaluates the client environment, identifying potential security risks and areas for improvement.
  • Deploying tools such as monitoring, security services, and self-service solutions are key responsibilities.

You must provide exceptional communication with various parties, including clients, project managers, sales teams, and client services departments.

Responsibilities

  • Implementation of the client onboarding program involves documentation, assessing the client environment, and deploying tools.
  • Exceptional communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Desired Skillset/Experience

  • A minimum of 3 years of IT experience is required, with a focus on start-to-finish deployment of IT solutions.
  • Experience with current Windows operating systems, Active Directory, Group Policy, and 365 knowledge specific to administration is necessary.
  • Familiarity with networking concepts, including routing, switching, and VLANs, is also required.
  • VMware and Apple product experience are considered advantageous.
