NetSuite Project Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled NetSuite Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of NetSuite implementation and optimization projects. This role involves managing multiple projects simultaneously, from initiation to closure, with a focus on ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget, and high-quality results.

  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates.
  • Conduct comprehensive discovery sessions to understand client business requirements and translate them into NetSuite solutions.
  • Lead and manage multiple NetSuite projects concurrently, from initiation to closure.
  • Oversee the entire NetSuite implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, data migration, and go-live.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a deep understanding of NetSuite modules and functionalities. Experience in scoping, estimating hours/costs, and supporting pre-sales discussions is highly desirable.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager leading NetSuite implementations.
  • Demonstrated experience managing at least 3 full lifecycle NetSuite implementations.
  • Strong understanding of NetSuite modules and functionalities (ERP, CRM, SuiteCommerce, OneWorld, etc.).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Proven experience in scoping, estimating hours/costs, and supporting pre-sales discussions.
