Senior Financial Solutions Expert

Our company is seeking an experienced NetSuite consultant/solutions architect to lead high-impact financial workflows and post-go-live NetSuite support for fast-scaling clients.

This role is client-facing and solutions-driven, ideal for someone who can align financial architecture with strategic business goals, particularly across Advanced Revenue Management (ARM), SuiteBilling, Fixed Assets, and Intercompany Management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement complex NetSuite financial solutions, focusing on ARM, SuiteBilling, and Project Accounting
  • Develop subscription-based and metered billing workflows, ensuring compliance with ASC 606
  • Guide clients through multi-entity and intercompany setups, streamlining consolidation and financial reporting
  • Configure Fixed Assets, depreciation schedules, and best-practice reporting
  • Optimize Project Accounting modules for time tracking, milestone billing, and revenue recognition
  • Lead system design sessions and workshops, delivering client-facing solution demos
  • Support integrations with third-party platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Stripe, Avalara, CPQ systems)
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of NetSuite implementation/consulting experience, specializing in financial modules
  • Proven expertise in ARM, SuiteBilling, Revenue Recognition, and Project Accounting
  • Deep understanding of Advanced Financials, Multi-Book Accounting, and Intercompany Transactions
  • Comfortable working with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics
  • Strong grasp of ASC 606 and revenue compliance best practices
  • Confident leading discovery sessions and translating complex business needs into scalable NetSuite workflows
  • Clear communicator able to break down technical solutions for non-technical stakeholders
