Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled customer service representative to deliver exceptional experiences through various channels.

Main Responsibilities
  • Resolve product or service problems by accurately understanding customer issues and selecting the best solution.
  • Coordinate with supervisors to resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Create or update customer information in our client database during and after each call.
  • Maintain high levels of professionalism when dealing with customers and clients, establishing positive relationships and following established internal and client guidelines.
  • Attend training sessions to stay updated on product & service information, including technical troubleshooting procedures.
  • Meet performance goals, adhering to minimum performance scorecard requirements and client Zero Tolerance Policy (ZTP).
Requirements
  • Sr. High School graduate or equivalent.
  • At least 6-months to 1-year work experience in a customer service role is required.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Brief knowledge in computer navigation and MS Office applications.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
