About the Role

Maintain and improve customer satisfaction through effective communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate product information and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  • Document all customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • FOLLOW communication scripts and standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics including call quality and handle time.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to improve service delivery and achieve business objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Customer Service Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders.
