We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented customer support representative to join our team. As the front line for business clients, you'll ensure a seamless, professional experience through timely and solution-driven support.
This role involves:
- Acting as the primary point of contact for B2B clients via email and chat.
- Handling incoming support inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
- Troubleshooting and resolving operational, technical, or order-related issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborating with sales, logistics, and product teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and issue resolutions in CRM systems.
- Identifying recurring problems and escalating them appropriately to internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in customer support, account management, or operations (B2B preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Comfortable working with CRM and ticketing systems.
- Experience handling multiple client accounts or working in a fast-paced, multi-channel environment.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Team player who can also work independently and take initiative.
