As a Benefits Administrator, you will play a crucial role in delivering mission-critical services to Fortune 100 companies and governments. Your exceptional listening skills will help customers navigate through various employee benefits, including healthcare, retirement, and additional perks.
This is an entry-level position that requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to multitask effectively. If you have experience working with benefits administration or possess a background in customer service, you may find this opportunity appealing.
Responsibilities- Communicate effectively with customers via phone calls to discuss their employee benefits.
- Manage multiple systems simultaneously while navigating complex benefit structures.
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide seamless support and achieve client goals.
- Punctuality and dependability are key to our clients' success.
- Previous customer service and/or call center experience (benefits administration preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required; college degree desired.
- Experience with typing and keyboarding skills.
