Job Opportunity: Customer Service & Lead Generation Specialist

The role of the Bilingual French English Lead Gen & Admin Assistant is a dynamic opportunity to join an esteemed organization specializing in high-quality exterior home and cabinet painting services. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls with customers and potential leads, assisting in lead generation and consultation booking, providing exceptional customer support through various communication channels, and utilizing key tools such as Active Campaign (CRM), Spray-Net Work (proprietary), Front (communication hub), and MyContact Center (phone system) to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls with customers and potential clients.
  • Support lead generation and consultation scheduling.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service through multiple communication channels.
  • Utilize essential tools like Active Campaign (CRM), Spray-Net Work (proprietary), Front (communication hub), and MyContact Center (phone system) to maintain smooth processes.
  • Collaborate with team members to follow up on leads and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling by recommending relevant services that meet customer needs.
  • Enter accurate data to keep customer records up-to-date in our system.
  • Document interactions in client files for reference.
  • Prioritize strong phone etiquette to create a positive customer experience and build long-term loyalty.
  • Evaluate customer needs and offer tailored solutions or services to enhance their experience.

This position requires a self-motivated individual who can work independently with a reliable internet connection (minimum 70 Mbps, 200 Mbps preferred). Experience in customer service or similar roles is desirable but not mandatory.

Requirements:
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Active Campaign preferred).
  • Proficiency in both English and French languages.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to understand diverse accents.
  • Able to work efficiently with a fast, reliable internet connection.
  • Strong organizational skills and time management abilities.
  • Suitable hardware includes a desktop computer with a CPU speed of 2.0 GHz or higher.
