Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work with a variety of clients across industries, providing technical assistance and troubleshooting support. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for responding to technical inquiries, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and connectivity.

You will guide users through step-by-step solutions with patience and professionalism, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Your strong command of the English language and excellent communication skills will enable you to effectively interact with customers and provide clear instructions.

Previous call center experience and work from home experience are highly valued in this role. Your typing speed should be at least 20 WPM, and you must have a high-speed internet connection.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to inbound technical support requests via phone, chat, or email.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the system.
