Property Management Career

This position requires a skilled professional to oversee daily operations of a property. Responsibilities include communicating with tenants, scheduling maintenance and repairs, lease management, financial management, marketing, and compliance with U.S. laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle tenant inquiries and address concerns promptly.
  • Schedule and coordinate maintenance and repairs efficiently.
  • Ensure lease compliance and manage rent collections.
  • Manage accounts payable/receivable and process payments accurately.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants.
  • Maintain knowledge of U.S. real estate laws and regulations.
  • Manage vendor relationships and process payroll for maintenance technicians.
  • Utilize property management software and virtual tools effectively.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Experience in financial and data management, including rent collection and invoicing.
  • Strong marketing and tenant acquisition skills.
  • Knowledge of U.S. real estate laws and regulations.
  • Ability to manage vendor relationships and process payroll.
