Operations Coordinator Role

We are seeking a skilled and organized Operations Coordinator to join our team. This is a critical role that plays a key part in maintaining accurate data, smooth processes, and aligned teams.

Job Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update publisher contact details for accuracy and completeness.
  • Consolidate duplicate publisher records or aliases in CRM systems.
  • Correspond with publishers during onboarding—coordinate link building, pixel testing, and billing verification.
  • Track, document, and support new publisher launches, tests, and turn-downs with Publisher Managers.
  • Ensure publisher property information is correctly logged and up to date.
  • Request and store benchmark stats for performance projections.
  • Process test orders for new accounts and assist with troubleshooting as needed.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain accurate data and ensure smooth processes.
  • Experience in publisher operations and CRM system management.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
