Temporary Pricing Associate Position

The Sales Support team is seeking a skilled Temporary Pricing Associate to provide exceptional service and support the field sales force in managing price exceptions and sales concerns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor mailboxes and complete price exception requests and other sales concerns within defined processes and SLAs.
  • Escalate exceptions as needed in coordination with Commercial Manager and higher management.
  • Send contracts to potential customers for approved price exceptions using CRM system.
  • Communicate with salespeople to clarify data inputs and confirm decisions.
  • Coordinate feedback from centre teams to gain understanding of local market conditions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business/Finance or related qualification.
  • 2-3 years' experience as a contract, data or commercial administrator.
  • Flexible, multitasking and initiative-taking skills.
  • Professional English speaking and writing skills.

This role requires full-time physical attendance. The ideal candidate will be amenable to fixed-term employment (3 months).

Technical Requirements
  • Familiarity with MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Intermediate MS Excel skills.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong commercial awareness, prioritization skills, and ability to work well under pressure.
