Job Title: Technical Training Professional

The role of the Technical Trainer involves delivering training to employees and external customers.

This position requires designing, developing, and facilitating both classroom and online training. The goal is to create an engaging learning environment that effectively transfers knowledge and skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Mastery of course curriculum and development of relevant learning objectives.
  • Design and creation of interactive and dynamic training materials using MS PowerPoint and instructional design software.
  • Facilitation of classroom and online training sessions, ensuring a high level of participant engagement and understanding.
  • Collaboration with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of training information.
  • Tracking, evaluation, and reporting of training effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience as an IT Technical Trainer.
  • Background in the IT industry is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in training on Java, SQL, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS is highly desirable.
  • Ability to learn new technical topics and deliver training on these subjects.
  • Excellent public speaking, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced virtual environment.
  • Aptitude for understanding and utilizing various learning technologies.
