Job Summary

The Bancassurance Trainer plays a pivotal role in creating and delivering tailored training programs for bank professionals. This position requires close collaboration with bank staff to equip them with the necessary tools and knowledge to effectively promote and sell insurance products.

This role demands a deep understanding of bancassurance operations and strategies. The trainer must be able to design engaging learning materials, conduct interactive training sessions, and facilitate workshops and seminars to enhance employee comprehension of insurance products.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in the insurance industry, particularly in bancassurance. They should also have excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and deliver customized training programs tailored to the needs of bank staff.
  • Develop engaging learning materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules.
  • Conduct interactive training sessions for bank employees.
  • Facilitate workshops and seminars to enhance employee understanding of insurance products.
  • Support in conducting training needs assessments to identify knowledge gaps and skill deficiencies among bank staff.
  • Assist in developing assessment tools and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Graduate of a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, Education, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in the insurance industry, particularly in bancassurance.
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering successful training programs.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
