Job Overview

An expert Magento consultant is needed to deliver top-notch e-commerce solutions and drive digital innovation.

This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Adobe e-commerce solutions, specifically in Magento Commerce, Magento Order Management, and Adobe Experience Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply strategic consulting methodologies to manage complex Adobe e-commerce projects effectively.
  • Conduct thorough scoping activities to gather and analyze business requirements, identifying key drivers for success.
  • Develop and implement effective project estimations, risk assessments, and commercials (forecasting, time management, invoicing).
  • Design and architect innovative solutions using Adobe AEM modules and Magento, translating business needs into actionable technical specifications.
  • Create and integrate engaging content-driven e-commerce experiences on Adobe Experience Cloud.
  • Define best practices and implementation processes to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide expert guidance and mentorship to the team, promoting high-quality implementation and continuous improvement.
  • Administer user permissions, groups, and roles within Adobe Commerce, ensuring smooth platform management.
  • Support users with day-to-day inquiries, bug fixes, and minor platform issues, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Document all project activities comprehensively, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Adobe e-commerce solutions, preferably with a strong focus on Magento Commerce.
  • Deep expertise in the Adobe Commerce ecosystem, including Adobe Experience Manager and Magento Order Management.
  • Adobe Commerce (Magento) certification is mandatory, with at least two certifications achieved.
  • Proven track record in e-commerce solution administration and incident management, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal downtime.
  • Proficiency in using Jira or similar ticketing tools to manage projects efficiently.
  • Strong facilitation skills for leading meetings and workshops with business stakeholders, promoting clear communication and collaboration.
  • High adaptability to changing environments, challenges, and diverse stakeholder expectations.
