Paid Social Media Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Paid Social Media Specialist to join our Performance team. As a key member, you will be responsible for executing client campaigns across Meta/Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, and Snapchat.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4-5 years of experience in Meta/Facebook Ads, with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns. They should possess a solid understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing terminologies, as well as proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis.

As a Paid Social Media Specialist, you will work closely with senior team members to develop strategies, provide insights, and collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive campaign execution. Your responsibilities will include setting up and managing paid social campaigns, conducting daily checks, and optimizing performance to meet specific KPIs and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Setup and management of paid social campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Daily optimization and analysis of campaign performance
  • Collaboration with senior team members to develop strategic plans and execute client campaigns
  • Communication with designers and clients to ensure alignment on creative requirements and ad designs
  • Evaluation of campaign performance and generation of reports to support data-informed decision-making
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in Meta/Facebook Ads
  • Prior in-house experience in e-commerce realm
  • Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, Magento, and Big Commerce
  • Solid grasp of e-commerce and digital marketing terminologies
  • Basic experience with budget management across campaigns
