Role Overview

As a seasoned Agile practitioner, you'll have the opportunity to drive organizational change and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Agile Coach: Guide teams in adopting Scrum principles tailored to Microsoft Dynamics Sales and Customer Service system.
  • Sprint Facilitator: Plan and facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
  • Process Owner: Act as a servant leader by identifying and resolving roadblocks related to Microsoft Dynamics Sales and Customer Service system projects and operations.
  • Collaboration Catalyst: Work with stakeholders to address dependencies and challenges impacting system functionality or project timelines.
  • Team Enabler: Encourage self-organization and accountability within the team, particularly in resolving Microsoft Dynamics-related issues.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment, with demonstrated expertise in managing enterprise systems like Microsoft Dynamics.
