Job Overview

  • Manage internal project kick-off meetings to review materials, finalize requirements, and determine schedules.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on project status via email or phone, making recommendations to maximize sample quality.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, and all panelists receive incentive payments promptly. Provide financial metrics to the finance team for billing and invoicing processes.

This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with experience in marketing research and healthcare data collections highly valued. The successful candidate must be proficient in tools like Decipher, Microsoft Office, and advanced Excel and Word skills.
