Overview

Utilize your exceptional project management skills to deliver market research projects from commissioning to invoice. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and maintain the highest level of service in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain full project ownership, driving successful delivery through effective communication, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, providing guidance and advice on Dynata's products and services.
  • Proactively anticipate, troubleshoot, and escalate project challenges in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to timelines.
  • Collaborate with Sales teams to drive revenue growth through client relationship development and referrals.
  • Communicate project updates and status in a responsive and consultative manner, fostering transparency and trust.
  • Share knowledge across functional teams to enhance overall project quality and efficiency.
  • Ensure survey quality using current market research methodologies, adhering to industry standards.
  • Track and manage complex project budgets and timelines, prioritizing resources for optimal outcomes.
  • Take on high-visibility/complex projects, demonstrating expertise in multiple methodologies.
  • Mentor junior staff, assisting in their growth and development within the organization.
  • Support Team Lead when needed, demonstrating adaptability and teamwork.
Qualifications
  • At least 4 years of recent experience in quantitative online and digital market research, including competence in research and survey design, sampling, and consultation.
