About The Role

This role involves leading deployment teams to ensure successful implementation of Workday solutions. Key responsibilities include architecting, configuring and testing the solution to meet client needs.

Key Expectations
  • Technical Expertise: Provide expertise in Workday Payroll product suite, including Absence or Time Tracking features.
  • Team Leadership: Lead deployment teams, coach others to gather client requirements, design and configure Workday solutions, and demonstrate configurations through prototype systems.
  • Data Conversion: Collaborate with confidential client/data conversion team to convert legacy data into Workday.
  • Integration Consulting: Assist integration consulting team in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and other third-party or custom solutions.
  • Mentorship: Mentor new consultants, serve as a professional role model, and coach others on product knowledge.
  • Complex Task Resolution: Resolve complex tasks/requirements when other team members need support.
  • Clients' Adoption: Facilitate clients' intellectual and practical adoption of Workday best practices.
  • Ongoing Satisfaction: Maintain clients' ongoing satisfaction, ensuring Intecrowd is referenceable and referable once in production.
  • Status Reports: Provide regular status reports to project managers keeping them apprised of overall project status.
  • Innovation: Innovate and suggest new approaches and tools to deploy Workday efficiently and effectively.
  • Certifications: Maintain Workday certifications and qualifications.
  • Functional Solutions: Ensure functional solutions are compatible with downstream data translation.
  • Computational Thinking: Demonstrate computational thinking, identify problem components, analyze patterns, remove inefficient configurations or processes, and construct algorithmic solutions scalable to ongoing client needs.
  • Culture Development: Contribute to and mold a culture of continuous education amongst your colleagues, mentees, and managers - serve as a professional role model.
  • Risk Highlighting: Provide insightful status reports to project managers that highlight risks to project health and improvements in client adoption.
