Technical Integration Specialist

As a Technical Integration Specialist, you will play a key role in helping our customers successfully implement our platform for integration and automation. Your expertise will enable businesses to navigate complex workflows efficiently and drive agility.

Responsibilities:
  • You will assist customers in adopting our platform from both business and technical perspectives, defining best practices and working closely with customer stakeholders.
  • Engage with customers to provide technical consulting, guidance, and enablement to achieve value quickly.
  • Lead the solution design process jointly with customers, gathering integration and automation requirements.
  • Share best practices related to deployment models, governance structures, integration design, and build.
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering to review customer feedback and identify opportunities for platform enhancements.
  • Become a trusted customer advisor and advocate within our organization.
  • Participate in post-onboarding deployment health checks and guidance on integration and process optimizations.
  • Contribute to team growth by creating or enhancing content such as presentations, demos, and online courses.
  • Prioritize and deliver exceptional customer service experiences.
Qualifications / Experience / Skills:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in solutions and implementation consulting.
  • Strong understanding of integrations, system design principles, and technology trends.
  • Good knowledge of database technologies, SQL, and Postgres.
  • Experience working with at least one Integration Platform, such as Workato, Tray, TIBCO, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, WebMethods, or Oracle Integration Suite.
  • Cloud business app experience, including Workday, NetSuite, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or SAP, is highly valued.
  • Web development frameworks and frontend/backend knowledge are a plus.
