Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Campaign Deployment Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar email platforms, as well as strong project management skills and excellent communication and writing abilities.

The primary objective of this role is to ensure the successful deployment of CRM campaigns across multiple countries and brands. This involves deploying CRM campaigns, which include audience segmentation, creating messages for various channels (email, app, SMS, etc.), and setting up journeys.

The Campaign Deployment Expert will be responsible for reviewing and testing to ensure campaign setups function as expected. Additionally, they will monitor campaign send-outs and flag any issues to the relevant teams.

This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks to ensure the smooth and successful deployment of CRM campaigns.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar email platforms.
  • Familiarity with AMPscript is a plus.
  • Experience in quality assurance for CRM campaigns, with excellent attention to detail.
  • A basic understanding of SQL is a plus.
