Shape the future with us as a Workday Payroll Specialist.

We're seeking an expert to implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday solutions for our global customer base. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with colleagues and independently to manage your workload. Your ability to understand customer requirements, design, and deliver tailored solutions will be invaluable.

Main Responsibilities
  • Implement and configure Workday HCM, Financials or Payroll solutions for customers worldwide.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve project goals, sharing knowledge and best practices.
  • Support junior team members, mentoring them in their roles.
Requirements
  • Workday HCM, Financials or Payroll Certification (US payroll required).
  • Customer-facing consulting experience, with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Effective communication skills, able to convey complex ideas clearly.
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of project dynamics.
  • Able to plan and manage workload, meeting deadlines.
  • Consulting skills, including presentation, workshops, and explaining functionality to customers.
  • Maintain high-quality work, adhering to standards and procedures.
  • Aware of confidentiality and non-disclosure policies, ensuring secure information handling.
  • Able to contribute to process improvements and learn about relevant subject matter.
  • Able to rotate through various Workday delivery services, including Consulting and Application Management Services.
  • Minimal travel required to customer sites within the same region.
