Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Creative Solutions Manager to lead our design team in creating innovative visual content.

  • Develop and implement creative solutions that align with market demands and brand initiatives, resulting in high-quality visual content.
  • Maintain the creation, standardization, and guardianship of strategic principles, creative designs, and production assets.
  • Support branding development and customer-facing communications through effective project management.
  • Ensure alignment with brand identity across all creative outputs.
  • Lead and manage the design team to deliver exceptional visual content.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or Multimedia Design, or related fields.
  • A minimum of 8–10 years of experience in leadership roles in Graphic Design or Advertising.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong internet marketing and social media skills.
  • Design thinking practice certifications (e.g., IDEOU, LUMA) are an asset.
  • Flexibility to work in a hybrid setup.
