About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Technical Support Specialist, where you will be the first point of contact for our customers.
- You will provide exceptional support through various channels, including phone calls and tickets, ensuring prompt and accurate resolutions.
You will work closely with our Tier 2 team to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, while escalating cases when necessary.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide real-time support to customers through phone calls and tickets.

- Work collaboratively with the Tier 2 team to share knowledge and improve workflows.

Requirements- 2-3 years of experience in technical support.
- Previous experience troubleshooting hardware and software remotely is required.
- Exceptional English language written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
